This Return & Refund Policy applies to all eligible HOMLAND products purchased through official HOMLAND channels or authorized dealers (excluding consumables).
Refund & Exchange Period
Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
This Policy Applies To
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damages occurred during transportation.
- Receipt of a product that does not match the original description.
Note: Inspect your product upon receipt. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
This Policy Does Not Apply To
- Failure to report issues upon receipt.
- Damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damages due to unforeseen events such as lightning, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other natural disasters.
- Purchases made second-hand or from unauthorized sellers/distributors.
Regarding Returns
- Consumers are not responsible for return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items caused by manufacturer error.
- Return shipping fees incurred due to consumer error are the responsibility of the consumer.
If you have any return concerns, please do not return the product directly to the distributor. Instead, contact us at support@homland.com, and we'll promptly address and resolve your issue.
Regarding Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email. Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
