Coverage
All HOMLAND products include a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. An additional 1-year extended warranty is available — register on the Warranty Registration page to apply.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Replacement or repair of defective parts
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
- Accidental damage
How to claim
Contact our support team with order/proof of purchase, product model, photos or short video, and a brief description. We will review and respond.
