I bought this when I had neck surgery and was so glad I did. It felt steady when I sat in it but light enough to move around easily.
Went togther easily, no tools needed. I buy thing with specs well above my weight, so no worries there. Definitely recommend. Additional note: this is the smaller one for a shower stall, NOT the longer unit to use with a bathtub, shop for the correct item!
I sprained my ankle really bad and was unable to stand up in my shower. This was perfect. I still use it. It is so much easier and safer sitting down to wash your feet or shave your legs. It's also nice to just sit there, relax and let the hot water just pour over you. It was easy to assemble and the quality is really good. Seat dries quickly. Perfect size. Not too big and not small for my shower. Fits in my bath tub too.
I got it assembled in mins and sat on it to test it out before sitting on it in the bathtub. It's very sturdy, comfortable and the right height for me to use in the tub. I love that it comes with a loofah hook and a lufa. I'm able to get clear and shower safely without worrying about falling, slipping or the chair braking under me! Great quality for the $$.

Perfect for tiny 32" fiberglass shower. My dad's 86 and legally blind. There's no way to fit a larger shower in the space. This was the smallest seat I could find, and he's happy with it! It's sturdy.
I haven't used it yet but I can tell you that it seems very solid. It was incredibly easy to put together. Just 5 hands screws and washers and an adhesive seat cushion and you're done. I know it's just a shower chair but a lesser quality could lead to injury or even death.When I first unpacked the parts one of the leg extensions rolled under my couch and I didn't see it. I called the company in Hong Kong and was quickly speaking to a very polite real person who immediately told me that by the next business day she would have either have a legal extension or new chair in the mail to me with no return necessary. Quite a different experience than I have had with other foreign companies on Amazon. If you're like me you like to know that your money is going to nice people.I whole heartedly recommend the Homland Shower Chair model BS1 if you happen to be in the market. The chair is very easy to assemble. It is solid and stable. The size is perfect to fit in my small bathtub. It also comes with a bath sponge, a clip holder for the showerhead, and a top cushion.
