R2 Essential Rollator Walker with Seat

Old style walkers cannot compare to what the HOMLAND walker provides in convenience, comfort, and mobility. My grandson came over to bring the box into my foyer and began putting it together. I was overjoyed knowing I could begin using it tomorrow to go to therapy. It's not easy to accept the fact that you need a walker, but this product is perfect. It's very well designed. The 16\" seat is a perfect size for comfort. And it's a great looking piece of equipment that will make your coming and going so much more convenient. After my grandson finished the assembly, he showed me how to close it and put it into my trunk. He stood to the side of the car and said, Pretend I'm a ghost, and he encouraged me to practice closing it and putting it into the trunk over and over. I highly recommend the HOMLAND walker. If you search on Amazon and compare, this is the product to consider seriously.

I love my R2 black HOMLAND Walker, but I keep losing large wingnuts that hold the front wheels on. They seem to loosen easily and fall off.
Corrently one came off and I can't find it, and need a replacement.

The rollator is very durable. Picture is true likeness. After 1 year of daily use the underseat bag strap broke. No identical replacement available.

I picked this walker because of its features and color. The seat looked wider than the drive brand my ins gave me. These walkers say they fit up to 300-350 lb before you need a wider one. I don't weigh anything near that but the plastic on the bars digs into my sides. The seat itself is plenty big enough.

The unit, when it finally arrived, is great and reasonably priced. Frustrating items are the lack of readily available tracking data and the very sketchy and awkward Chinese to English translation of the assembly instructions.

We purchased this for my grandmother who was coming out to visit it. She liked it so much, she had me buy her another one for her to have at home!

Giving it 5 stars for 2 reasons: First, it has helped me gain more mobility than a can or a walker. It is easy to use and rolls well on sidewalks and lawns. Second, Homland Customer Support. There was an issue with the first one, but Aaron from Homland promptly recognized my issue and promtly had a replacement sent out. Good product, good support. Would recommend!

I called Homland because my Husband's walker was wobbly on the front wheel. I spoke with Aaron and he was very helpful. He sent me out a new wheel and we put it on and the walker works great. Thank you Aaron.

This is the nicest walker. We bought one for a friend and one for my hubby. They are sturdy, easy to assemble by popping the little buttons in the hole. There's only 2 parts that screw on . Its that easy. My hubby loves this. We take it to places we have to walk a lot and he can sit when he needs to. No more looking for benches to sit on.

This rollator really helps me. The large wheel size is very helpful. Folds nicely. Adjusts to my height pretty well, although I am still bent over while using it. I'm six feet tall. I am already bent over so it works fine for me, but, someone who wants to walk full upright at my height would do well with an 'upright walker' sold on Amazon by the same company, HOMLAND. Easy to use. It's light enough to where I can pack it into the car myself. It's pretty quiet operation too. Yep it's a keeper !

Smooth operating, the large 8\" wheels are marvelous,
The seat is wide n comfortable, the storage underneath that seat is voluminous.
The reason I bought my Homland rollator is its height. It rises up to 40 inches, which is 4 to 5 inches higher than other rollators. For tall people, this is a must.
I now have two homland rollators, one for home and one that I keep in my vehicle.

A good and safe walker. A sliight bit awkward in assemblying.

Weird, the lowest review I was allowed was 2 stars, not 1. This looks to be a sturdy and well made walker. It's larger than I anticipated, would work for a large person. I have been unable to assemble it, as the hardware package was missing a bolt for one wheel and both bolts for the handles. I've emailed the company asking for the missing assembly hardware and will revise my review accordingly if I receive it. UPDATE: The seller was quick to send me the missing hardware. I've been able to use this walker over terrain that's a bit rough, allowing me to visit my neighbor. It's very sturdy and does what it's supposed to do nicely. It's easy to fold and unfold.

I can walk again!

My mom loves her new rollator. I was a little concerned because it had four wheels that it might get away from her but it hasn't. She's very pleased with it. It was also easy to put together and it is a very nice looking product.

Very sturdy with many features that are helpful to someone in need of a rollator. Wheels provide good stability and maneuverability as well as a smooth ride.

It is easy to use, has a big bag under the seat and the seat is large and comfy. It is also beautiful??!

Did receive had it almost together when I notice a piece to insert the back was broken. I called customer service and spoke with Isabella who was very nice and quickly sent me a replacement. So far the customer service has been great! The walker seems sturdy and was to put together

Just what I needed for my Husband to get around due to his legs being weak. It is built really well and fairly easy to assemble. Very pleased with this Homland Foldable Rollator Walker.

Customer service for this product is fantastic! While putting the item together I discovered that one small screw was missing. I called the customer service line and talked with April. She said that she was sending me a replacement screw right away. Two days later it arrived. Three screws and a screw driver! Thanks April, you're the best!
