RW410 Comfort Rollator Walker with Seat

I have learned that there is no perfect walker for everything as some are better suited for indoor versus outdoor use. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase and feel it was a good value in this price range. To me the lavender color was an added bonus that makes me happy. First the frame is a thicker aluminum than many others and I can still lift it by myself when needed. I am 5ft 10 with long legs but a short torso and bad knees. This walker fit me very well being I can adjust both the seat height and the height of the handles. This makes it much easier to stand after sitting. The back rest though not adjustable is more comfortable than the padded metal bar on some. Though it folds easily it will not stand independently as next to your table in a restaurant and can tend to unfold if the velcro strap is not fastened. I bought this for using predominantly in my home and garage. The wheels are the right size for stability yet still remain able to swivel and maneuver easily inside my home with standard door frames and thresholds. It doesn't rattle when moving from one surface type to another which makes me feel safer when using it. The brakes work well and come with instructions on how to adjust them if needed. I only with the manufacturer would use stronger components in the handles you are constantly applying pressure on to engage or lock. Though I do not feel this walker is worse than others in that respect. Rather its an industry norm that needs improvement. It has an added water bottle holder included I dislked. It only holds a tall narrow bottle and it was hard for me to get bottles in and out of the holder. It does attach easily to the frame but it sticks out to the side so it can tend to get caught going through doorways. Therefore I just left it off. I love that I can move a filled coffee cup or plate of food on its sturdy flat seat without it resulting in spillage.That is something you won't get on the ones that do fold but stand by self. I hope this gives insight as to if this one is right for you.

This walker has been invaluable. It has held up remarkably and is the perfect assistance for walking- both sidewalks and grass/rough terrain. I live in Arizona and have gone on many walks with this walker. I have taken it both on bus trips and on airline trips. It is very easy to fold up and is rugged enough not to fall apart during the handling at the bus/airport stations. It provides the stability that I need and provides an ease while I am using the storage area. It has the ability to store quite a lot of things which makes it great for shopping as well as travel. I highly recommend this product. It has greatly increased my quality of life.

Assembly required! 30 minutes. Quality components. Just some of the screws were too short had to eliminate the washers. And the color is EGGPLANT NOT RED as advertised! Otherwise smooth ride. My mother and her baby Pearl loves it!

Easy to assemble. Very sturdy with all terrain wheels that are great for uneven surfaces/ sidewalks. Hand brakes work well. Quality parts.
Folds for storage easily. Great storage and seat for resting. Looks smart. No need to spend more. This one has all you need. I used it for post - op recovery from spine surgery for added stability on uneven surfaces and was pleased with it!

This is a wonderful product that folds up easily by merely pulling a strap in the cargo area under the seat, and this item is highly portable. I appreciate the cosmetic appearance of this walker. The back support is very comfortable. The wheels are able to easily maneuver across various types of terrain. The money value of this walker is very reasonable, which I deeply appreciate.

Nice walker, easy to assemble and use. Had to contact support for a small issue and Aaron was great to work with.

Sturdy and comfortable. There was a small problem with a wheel but after contacting customer service, Isabella, heard my concern and immediately ordered a replacement wheel for the stroller. Isabella is a great example of a true "customer service" representative.

I have a back injury that makes walking with a cane very hurtful. I bought Homland rollator and it solved alot of my mobility problems.I love it. However one day(today) a leg cracked and broke off. (eight months old) I called the customer service number, Spoke to Wonderful Isabella. She was genunely concerned about my well being, asking if I was hurt.(not) Any way She quickly set me up with a replacement and the process was very smooth. Hey stuff happens and this is a very fine product. Be aware there is junk out there,be confident of this one. Its built to ISO standards.

The walker is a very nice unit. Well built and sturdy and moves easily.
The unit had an intermittent issue with the steering which made it inconvenient to use. We contacted customer service via email to describe the problem. Within an hour, we received a reply from them. The very next morning, we were contacted again with details regarding how our issue would be resolved.
I'm very happy to say that our problem has been completely corrected as promised, and we are very pleased with the outcome.
This company takes customer service to the highest degree and stands behind their products 100%.
I would recommend Homland to my friends or anyone because I'm confident they'll be taken care of if an issue comes up.

This walker is great. I can go faster with this walker than I can with a cane! When I was looking for a walker, this one went on sale on Amazon, so I didn't waste any time. It comes with easy instructions. My son folds it easily & puts it in his car. It has large wheels(all terrain) & is easily maneuverd.

I bought this for my dad after he got out of the hospital and needed to hold onto something while he regained strength. It was easy to put together and I like that it has hand brakes. The wheels are smooth and it's easy for him to push. He likes having the seat if needed, and we store things under the seat if he wants to take a little walk. It's portable because you can flatten it for the car, but he needs help doing so. Good value and he has felt more secure knowing he has something to hold onto. He's been in and out of the hospital, so when he feels more steady on his feet we fold this walker up and store it in the guest room closet. We've used it several times in the last few months. I think you could also probably slide it under a bed if you don't have the closet space.

Bought this for myself after a recent fall that left me more unsteady on my feet. It has been a Godsend! It is sturdy, folds & opens easily, & fits behind the driver's seat of my minivan without an issue. It's given me the mobility to walk much greater distances outdoors on all types of surfaces & allows me to sit down if I need to rest (or not drag a camp chair around for outdoor activities). The seat is nicely padded & fit my ample hips comfortably while giving me storage space beneath it for my purse, hoodie, or other necessities. Wish I had bought one sooner! Don't hesitate to purchase one.

I ordered and received this rollator and put it together. It was very sturdy and very easy to use as it was taller than the rollator that I had been using previously. After about 4 months of use the left-hand brake broke and could not be reconnected. I contacted the Homland Company in California and reported the problem. The warranty department rejected the case and said it could be adjusted. Chelsea, the person I contacted at Homland, reported to the department that it could not be adjusted and would move forward with providing a replacement. I received the new rollator and put it together and using it now.

I love this walker very sturdy and convenient. I took the back support off and set it on the car and forgot to put it back on, whoops, of course I lost it. I call them today spoke with Aaron in Customer Service, he was nice and Very understanding and is sending me a new back support for free. I would recommend to anyone!!

der Rollator ist sehr schön ,und er fährt sich auch leicht es wäre aber schön wenn er Luftbereifte Räder hätte da würde er besser auf holpriger Straße fahren ich finde die Tasche unter dem Sitz super und er lässt sich auch gut zusammen klappen

This was a good purchase for the price. A reasonably strong person will find this easy to fold and put in the trunk. My father, who is 97, uses it for going anywhere outside of his home (doctors, restaurants, the bank, etc), but cannot lift it by himself. Rolls nice. Well made. I recommend this rollator.

Got this for my dad, and he loves it! The larger wheels makes it easier for him to get across door jams and navigate rough surfaces. Very sturdy frame. Highly recommend.
