Verified PromiseI purchased this product as a gift for my aunt, and I was very disappointed to discover several safety concerns. When using it in walker mode, the footrests are not securely attached. They simply fall off because there is no clip or locking mechanism to keep them in place, so we had to use Velcro straps to prevent them from falling off.
Another concern is the large gap in the backrest area. It is very open and creates a potential risk of the user slipping or falling through the gap.

Mostly OK. Weld seams are good. Conversion from walker to wheelchair is very awkward requiring taking off the nut and bolt of the handles to reposition the seat back. Dropping the bolt and washer is a high probability. The conversion process could have been better thought out.

OMG!! This wheelchair is awesome! Great price! They put everything on it to help a person out even down to places to put your thumbs when pushing someone. It‘s also very light weight but sturdy! My husband enjoyed pushing me around in it before I had my knee replacement and was doing crazy moves with it!????

Note: I don't need to convert this to a rollator, so my comments only touch on the wheelchair part. Conversion looks pretty easy though, just swapping the front & back wheels.
-Easy & intuitive assembly, no tools needed. (Besides scissors to cut it open)
-Solid material, everything feels sturdy so far.
-Quite spacious, a bit too much for the petite-sized person I got this for. But adding in some cushions to close the gap between the seat and the back helps.
-Front wheels can comfortably go over small twigs & bumps in the sidewalk but nothing over 3/4 inch. Either tilt the wheelchair up and over (a little hard to do with an occupant) or go backwards over the bump with the rear wheels doing the work.
-The arm rests aren't that long/deep, so just be aware of that.
This works just fine, especially for something portable & convertible. Although I wish the wheels were bigger & tougher, and that the whole thing had more shock absorption. But it's a good balance of sturdy, affordable & comfortable.
